Exodus From Darkness Part 2

Hi! Donna here. I trust you learned a lot from Dr. Daniel yesterday! Before he begins, it is Day 2 of the ’30 Days of Prayer for the Muslim World’. Please pray for the Muslims in Turkey to find the divine connection they are looking for in Jesus!

And now, here’s Dr. Daniel Shayesteh…

The God of the Quran cannot be pure and holy

The Quran in (chapter) surah 57, verse 22 says: No misfortune can happen on earth or in your souls but is recorded in a decree before We bring it into existence: that is truly easy for Allah. Here, you see that Allah says that he himself planned disaster and tragedy for human souls in eternity when there was not yet any humankind to prove his or her conduct morally. Allah created and decreed tragedy for their soul before their existence and inspired them to sin and fail in creation.

What sort of misfortune or tragedy does it mean? It can mean every bad thing, including sin and craving for sin. The Qur’an says that all of this is from Allah for the human soul. Can a God who himself contaminates the human soul be called holy and pure? Not logically. Because the act of “contaminating the soul” itself is sin. Verses like this in the Quran bring forth the meaning that Allah’s own mind and hand are contaminated with sin since the mind of the true God cannot design or inspire sin.

The prophet of Islam did not know that the true and holy God could only create good things. All he had pictured about God in his mind was what he had learned from his contemporary pagans who believed that God was the creator of everything, including sin and corruption. We find many verses in the Qur’an that in a similar way attribute the cause of human sin to Allah. In this section I will give some examples. In surah 91 verse 8 Allah swears by the Sun, Moon, Earth and human soul that he is the one who inspired both debauchery and piety into the human soul. This verse includes only three words in Arabic which are: “Falhamaha” meaning “I inspired”, “Fojooraha” meaning “debauchery” and “Taqwaaha” meaning “piety”. Therefore, the god that the Quran is introducing is a corrupt god and cannot be called holy or a good moral example for people. With these qualities Allah cannot be real, he is a man-made god who, like man, does sinful things. Sura 17 also says in verse 16 that Allah promotes corruption; or verse 16 in Sura 7 shows that Allah himself corrupted Satan. Such a polluting god is captive himself. He can neither save nor be a good role model. You need to stay away from him.

The God of the Qur’an cannot be just

The word “just” refers to anyone who is morally good and right. When we say, “a just God”, that is, a God who cannot think, speak or act immorally. The Qur’an says in surah 3 verse 54 and in surah 8 verse 30: Allah is the best of deceivers or the best planner of evil. Sura 7 verse 99 asks: Are they safe from the deception of Allah? Sura 10 verse 21 says: Allah is quicker to deceive.

Most of the contemporary English or Latin versions of the Qur’an have translated the Arabic word “makrin” as “the best of designers or planners or plotters” instead of “deceivers or evil planners”. Muslims who supervised these false translations were truly guided by the deceiving spirit of Allah in order to use the Islamic moral code of Taqiyya (lying to non-Muslims for the sake of spreading Islam) and hide the real meaning of this word from non-Muslims. Even an illiterate person from Arabic countries know that the word “makrin” means “deceivers”. However, in addition to the verses above, there are many other verses in the Quran that attribute different kinds of injustices to Allah. For example, verse 88 in sura 4 or verse 4 in surah 14 state that Allah misleads anyone he desires. With these characteristics, Allah cannot be the true God; he is captive to various kinds of malevolence. Every follower of Allah needs to come out of his captivity. To be continued ….

Donna again! Please feel free to ask Dr. Daniel any questions you may have about this material. He will answer in next Friday’s blog.
