Ecclesiastes 3:11
He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.
It took about 2 years but slowly, steadily and surely, the beautiful crowns are done! This is my team that made it possible, Dr. Maria on the left and Nil the super assistant on the right.
It took many visits and a lot of hard work on their part. None of us knew for sure what would be the final outcome, but once it was started there was no turning back. The commitment to get my teeth crowned began with a drilling of my natural teeth, then a fitting for new strong and durable crowns. A temporary crown was put in place until the permanent crowns were fashioned by expert craftsmen. Finally, the new permanent and durable crowns were fitted, cemented in, and I smiled! It is a beautiful smile.
Our great God does some similar work in our hearts. He has fashioned the vision for eternity within each human heart. I believe when we finally accept the plan God established for all mankind, life becomes beautiful! It does not come without some drilling out the sin, and some pain, and many adjustments, still the end result is well worth it.
With my new crowns, not only do I have a beautiful smile, but I have a promise of a long life for my teeth without cavities or discoloration. We have been promised an eternal-forever life in Heaven with Jesus when we have allowed Jesus into our hearts to take away the discoloration of sin.
I trust you have a beautiful smile. I encourage you to remember God’s promise to you every time you look at your smile. ‘He makes ALL things beautiful in its time.’
And on this girl, He finished the work right before my 68th birthday! A beautiful gift of a white smile!
