Proverbs 10:6-11 6Blessings crown the head of the righteous, but violence overwhelms the mouth of the wicked. 7The name of the righteous is used in blessings, but the name of the wicked will rot. 8The wise in heart accept commands, but a chattering fool comes to ruin. 9Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out. 10Whoever winks maliciously causes grief, and a chattering fool comes to ruin. 11The mouth of the righteous is a fountain of life, but the mouth of the wicked conceals violence.
As a writer I like to use the ‘compare and contrast’ genre in my writing. Apparently Solomon enjoyed using it as well. I am reading the Proverbs now and Solomon often uses that literary tool. Just look at his statements above. We can easily see, and hopefully learn, that when we do the right thing by God’s standard (what other standard would there ever be?) we can expect crowns, blessings safety and security. Those who do the right thing are a fountain of life . All these sound like great things we would want to be demonstrated in our lives. We can live safely without fear, We have the words of life to offer to others in distress. We will listen to those wiser than we are, and learn from them.
The contrast is not looking good! Violence, rotting, ruin, discovery of bad deeds. Nothing you would want in your life. Yet, some people choose to go down that path, the wide path that leads to destruction.
Already in the US there is an anticipation of what may happen when this new administration takes the oath. It is still one day away and people are straining at the border by the thousands trying to illegally (today) enter and begin the process of the ‘gimmie’s that has been expressed by the dems. My grandparents came over from Ireland-the right way. With a sponsor, paperwork, inoculations and even a job! Many of your ancestors came in that way too. These people were the backbone of America as they learned from each other and worked together. The people trying to come in today are coming to escape the terrible conditions they live in…socialism!
You know I am a fan of ‘Star Wars’ and I really like this quote from ‘The Revenge of the Sith’. “Fail with Honor rather than succeed by FRAUD!” The Gungan General There can be no sustained success by fraud. “Be sure, your sin will find you out.”
In my humble opinion, this 46th President is on shaking footing. When you are standing on a foundation of lies, fraud and deceit, just like the game, jenga, the tower they made with fraudulent votes can be removed one by one. That was just the beginning of a series of failures that ‘we the people’ have had to endure! Now we see inflation, shortages, wars, violence, and a president who should be taking a memory enhancer-instead of running a country! No, I do not want to see this nation fall. I do want truth and honor to prevail and dignity be returned to this noble nation. We have too much at stake. That is the very reason the enemy of this world is trying so desperately to take down the USA. We are being used by God to pray for and usher in the Third Awakening. He is fearful because he knows God’s power will triumph.
In a Mario Murillo article recently, he sited the fact that there is a fear on the dark side because satan knows that God has all power! Satan was created by God, remember. God knows all satan’s dirty little secrets that he uses to get his way. HE WILL NOT WIN! He may have won a battle, a big one, but the war is only just begun. Are we ready for the battle of our lifetime?
In another blog by Mario Murillo Ministries, he had a tent meeting in Bakersfield CA and this is what he said about it;
“My surprise came from seeing the potential of everyday people to topple giants. “Where the people fear the government, you have tyranny. Where the government fears the people, you have liberty.” Some attribute that quotation to Thomas Jefferson. Perhaps. But all I know is this: what I saw on Friday night is the power that should make politicians very afraid.
When people are pushed to the limit and their rights are trampled; when the business they have taken a lifetime to build is destroyed; when they see their children forced to believe things that they consider immoral; when as patriotic Americans, they discover that their votes have been stolen by a criminal conspiracy; and when their faith is being insulted and even banned, something will give. And when tens of millions reach that limit at the same time, no power on earth can stop them.”
That is where we are right now! Watch and pray for ONE more day! Watch and see what the Lord will do! Get your battle armor shined up and ready. The war is just beginning!
